Chris Timm

Chris Timm has been a pastor since 2004. Chris does a monthly DISCIPLESHIP blog in Faith & Fitness Magazine. His posts are listed below.

He has been a coach at all levels from high performance to recreational since 1996. Having been a competitive athlete most of his life, he seeks to help people experience a triumphant life through the integration of the body, mind and spirit.

Paul in the Bible wrote to a young pastor named Timothy, “Train yourself to be godly”. While his context is spiritual growth it is a principle we can apply to how we treat our bodies, develop our minds and grow as people. It has an impact on our lives and our witnesses.

Chris has seen this lived out over the years as a pastor and as a coach. So, he now helps people develop this ideal through the integration of body, mind and spirit. This is achieved by practical application of biblical principles via fitness goals, life challenges or personal growth. As we use the gifts and talents for God’s glory we can enjoy life to the fullest.

Chris does this work through his ministry Fit Pastor. With the motto “fit for life” he helps people to be victorious in their life despite the obstacles and challenges they face.
