Rob Killen is a Certified Behavior Change Specialist and Holistic Health and Wellness Life Coach who transforms the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of his clients through the Peace Benefits. Rob has worked in the health and wellness industry for over thirty years.

Rob developed and patented the Peace Benefits after realizing there was a universal need for a more comprehensive dimensions of wellness model and approach in helping people improve in all areas of their wellbeing. The Peace Benefits consist of twelve principles, that when successfully applied in unison, lead to the ultimate level of peace and security. Rob feels strongly that successfully changing behaviors and bodies on a long-term basis first requires a changing of the mindset. Rob is passionate about his 5 F’s: Faith, Family, Fitness, Football, and good Food.
