Coki Cruz

As a coach Coki Cruz specializes in exercise technique. He educates on topics in exercise science that include muscle physiology, sports nutrition, and program design.

As a Christian, he desires to make all believers capable of defending their faith and grow a deeper love and understanding of Jesus.

As an athlete, he competes in the sport of weightlifting where he has competed in the American Open II in 2018 and the Arnold in 2020. He currently ranks in the top 10% of athletes in the US for the 67kg weight class.

Coki graduated from Salisbury University with a Masters in Applied Health Physiology and a concentration in Strength and Conditioning in 2016. When not exercising or training he hangs out with his wife and reads his Bible.
