Jonnie Goodmanson

Jonnie began her career teaching bodywork in a massage college in Arizona. At this college, she had the honor of working in a cadaver lab as a teaching assistant. This experience unlocked a love of understanding emotional and spiritual energy and its effects on our body.

As her studies continued, she added pastoral training and yoga to begin leading a teacher training program while getting her Master’s in Exercise Science. She went on to lead and write many of the teacher training programs for various training schools like Holy Yoga Global, and Revelation Wellness.

With credentials in yoga, group fitness instruction, and personal training, Jonnie loves to use the medium of movement to help others heal from trauma and the effects of stress to live to their fullest potential.
