Lauren Gaona is an NPC Bikini Competitor and first place winner in her division at the NPC Kentucky Open.

She is currently studying to pass her Certified Personal Trainer exam with NASM. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and has taught yoga in schools, studios and for volunteer organizations.

She and her husband have two daughters; Araceli and Liliana. Lauren is employed full time at The Federal Savings Bank.

Even though God has helped transform Lauren’s fitness routine and lifestyle, she still enjoys a good nap!
