Anthony Tiller

Anthony Tiller is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. He is the owner of Underdog Fitness & Performance Training in Asheville, NC. He has a B.S. in Business Health Care Administration from the University of North Carolina – Asheville.

Anthony has trained professional, college and amateur youth athletes along with general fitness clients and special populations. Formerly a Director of Training and Head Strength Coach for a sports performance training business, he and his wife opened Underdog Fitness & Performance Training in 2004 building an identity as a faith-based facility with a culture of helping and serving in their local community. He speaks at churches, strength clinics, and seminars and leads All Pro Dads at two schools in his home area.

He has been a competitive bodybuilder for over 20 years. However, it wasn’t until he and his wife Amy had premature twins, that he learned what true strength is, where it comes from, and who provides it. Anthony has been inspired through these experiences to write and share the things God has shown and continues to teach him about what it means to be a good father, husband, and strength coach. He writes with humor and honesty sharing lessons and personal experiences to help strengthen families and communities.

His wife Amy and their three children provide inspiration for his personal blog.
