Chris Reardon

Chris Reardon is the Founder and Executive Director of Freedom Fitness America, a non-profit organization dedicated to training military and other tactical professionals to be “fit for fight and life” meaning to be fit in body, mind, heart, and spirit to performance with excellence in an operational environment as well as in daily life.

He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and is an active duty US Marine Corps Major with 15+ years of experience that have included four overseas tours. He has a CrossFit Level I coaching background and has spent 16+ years in ministry endeavors all around the United States and internationally that included notable work with Force Ministries, Soul Survivor Outdoor, Faith Rx’d, Officers Christian Fellowship and the Rock Church San Diego. As a lay leader working with US military chaplains as a Christian outreach entrepreneur he has pioneered new works to reach Millennials and Generation Z with special expertise in the military arena.

He has recently pioneered the Tactical Garage Gym and Garage Gym Church initiative of Freedom Fitness America to create an opportunity to provide tactical and garage gym athletes with the opportunity to become sheepdog strong and gain victory in the battlefield of life by incorporating warrior and leadership principles from the Christian faith.

He is married to his wife Kristine of 5 years and has a 4 year old son David.
