De is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Working towards becoming a NASM Master Trainer.

De inspires and motivates her faith families to glorify God through honoring their temple while offering her community fitness and nutrition to live a healthier lifestyle that you can access on the FaithFueled Life Mobile App. She is the creator of the seven-week transformation program Bible and Bootcamps.
