Heath Ellenberger

Heath Ellenberger, NASM CPT, NPTI is Operational Partner/ Franchisee with Orangetheory Fitness. He has been in the fitness industry since 2001. His work includes starting and running a one-on-one training business, opening and operating a group training facility, working on military contracts for athletes and currently serving around 5,700 clients in the franchisee boutique fitness business with Orangetheory Fitness.

With OTF he began by managing a studio then in 2016 Ellenberger worked at the corporate level as a regional business manager. Now back on the ownership side of the business with OTF, Heath runs operations for eight studios and over one hundred thirty-five employees.

Heath’s main area of focus is leadership. Beyond that he shares, “I also love the business analytics side. I create training programs and build company culture.”

Heath shares with Faith & Fitness Magazine, “God has had a huge impact in my career. Not only has He allowed me the career I have, He has helped me see that my platform in fitness is used for positive impacts and influence. Ultimately this sets pieces in place so that I can lead by bringing my faith to others through purposeful interactions.”

Being active for Ellenberger has a different meaning than it did ten years ago. He pursues being well rounded in his fitness routine. He does that primarily through OTF, however I he still loves chasing the occasional pump.
