Jason Rhymer

Jason Rhymer is a contributor to the Training Department of Faith & Fitness Magazine after having served as the Training Department Editor for several years. His many contributions help visualize and define faith-centered programming.

He is the High School Youth Associate at Myers Park United Methodist Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He created the youth fitness resources (SMX) Sunday Morning Xtreme.

He serves as the Clergy Health Fitness Coordinator for the Clergy Health Institute through Pfeiffer University. He leads bootcamps and personal training sessions in Charlotte, NC, and has trained ages 5 to 90 over his  career.
