Marsha Apsley

Marsha Apsley is a devotional author, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a #Moderation365 Nutrition Consultant. After years of body image struggles and constant pursuit of weight loss, she allowed God to set her free from the battle.

Now she helps women who are too old to be worrying about their weight (to be sure, there is no right age!) build a healthy life on a foundation of faith and embrace her current age and stage of life. She does this by helping you integrate your faith and fitness with her Faith and Fitness Framework™ and faith and fitness devotions.

She loves to run and bike and enjoys a little bit of chocolate and plenty of coffee every day.

Look for her monthly Women’s Devotional post in Faith & Fitness Magazine’s BLOG department. A new one releases on the 21st of each month.
