Faith And Fitness News And Commentary – January 2019

The practice of bringing together faith and fitness is nothing new. However in popular culture and the Christian community there has been limited coverage of news and best practices. The result is an even greater limited understanding of how to effectively integrate the two.

Fortunately, with each passing day, more people are doing it and their stories are being told. In this news update I share with you links to a few stories making headlines and offer you my own commentary as Publisher of Faith & Fitness Magazine.
