Granola Cinnamon Apple Crisp

Method: bake

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients

8 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced into wedges
1/4 cup lemon juice
2-1/2 cups granola with dried fruit and nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar or 5 Tbsp of Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

Toss the apples in a large bowl and add lemon juice.
Transfer apples to a greased glass dish. Combine granola, sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
Drizzle with butter.
Cover and cook on 250 degrees for 2-3 hours or until the apples are tender.
Serve warm.
